Kiss Carpet has been serving Northern Michigan since 1986. Of
the four stores we currently have, our Traverse City presence has been ongoing for over six years. We primarily
serve the three county area of Benzie, Grand Traverse, and Leelanau out of our Traverse City store, but we've done
projects north of the Mackinaw Bridge in Chippewa, Luce, and Mackinaw Counties, as far south as Manistee County,
and as far southeast as Missaukee County. Located in scenic Leelanau County, Kiss Carpet's Traverse City location
at 6250 E. Traverse Highway is four miles from Tom's West Bay, just west of Traverse Bay Log Homes, on the south
side of the road. |

| We are a Mohawk Color Center, and, as such, have access to Mohawk's
complete line of commercial, residential, and specialty carpets. In addition, we carry Mohawk's hard surface products
and Floorcare Essentials products. We also have access to Shaw carpet, and have put together some win/win/win programs
that benefit our customers, us, and Shaw. We can also source carpets from other manufacturers including Artisan,
Beulieu, Bretlin Indoor/Outdoor, Dixie Home, Kraus, Milliken, Royal Dutch/Stanton, and Southwind, to name a few. |

Our sheet vinyl product offerings include Armstrong, Congoleum,
Mannington, and Tarkett. We stock products from all four of these manufacturers.
Laminate selections include Alloc, Mohawk, QuickStep, and Wilsonart, all of which we carry ongoing stock. In addition,
we can source laminates from Armstrong, Pergo, Shaw, or any of the other dozen or so laminate manufacturers. |

| Our ceramic tile comes from all over the world via American Forum,
American Olean, Dal-Tile, Florida Tile, Miles Distributors, Mannington, Mohawk, Pamesa, Tilestone, and Virginia
Tile. We approach our design contribution to tile projects with the mantra that you are limited to design options
with tile only by your imagination. |

In addition to ceramic and porcelain tiles, we can source other
"forever" floor materials including granite, marble, and slate as a means of expanding design options
even further.
Kiss Carpet maintains at all times running inventories of engineered and 3/4" solid hardwood flooring. At
present, we offer three types of oak: marbury, rustic, and select or better in varying plank widths. We can source
virtually any species from manufacturers including Armstrong, Bruce, BSL, Columbia, Great Lakes Karelia, Lauzon,
Mohawk, Mullican, Red Crown, Robbins, Timeless Floors, U.S. Floors, and Weyerhauser. |

We also carry specialty floor coverings including bamboo by Teragren,
DuraCeramic and DuraStone by Congoleum, Wicanders Cork, VCT, and rubber tiles from Johnsonite/Tarkett and Roppe.
We maintain an inventory of area rugs by Mohawk and Shaw, and can source rugs from these two companies along with
Jaunty, Stanton, and other area rug manufacturers.
Basically, if it goes on a floor it's in our Traverse City store.
Coupled with our ability to get virtually any floor covering type at a preferred price, Kiss Carpet offers installation
services second to none. We pride ourselves on being number one in customer service, with installation being a
key part of that service. Our installers have been with the company for a long time; they represent the longest-serving
employees we have. And we don't employ the average installer; ours are craftsmen, each specially trained in his
type of floor covering installation.
In addition to products and installation services, Kiss Carpet also offers interior cleaning services by way of
Kiss Carpet Cleaning. Area rugs, carpet, ceramic and porcelain tile, ducts, furniture, hardwood, VCT--these are
some of the things we professionally clean. |
